VatsimNotif is published by LooopAir. This page matches the disclaimers on the website, the Android app, and the Google Play Store listing.

Independence

VatsimNotif is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by VATSIM, Ross Carlson (vPilot), or any VATSIM division.

“VATSIM” and “vPilot” are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe compatibility.

Pricing

Android app: one-time purchase on Google Play (about €9.99, varies by country and tax).
Windows software: free download at vatsimnotif.com.

The Play Store price covers only the VatsimNotif companion software (development, maintenance, website and updates). It does not include VATSIM network access or VATSIM services.

How it works

You must use a VATSIM-approved pilot client (e.g. vPilot) on Windows to connect to the network.
VatsimNotif does not connect to the VATSIM network from your phone.
Notifications are relayed locally (home Wi‑Fi) between your PC and phone.
The Android app may show ads (Google AdMob).

VatsimNotif does not replace radio, voice, or your duties under the VATSIM Code of Conduct.

Privacy

Flight messages are not routed through a mandatory VatsimNotif cloud: the PC → phone link stays on your local network. Third-party services (Google Play, ads, web hosting) may process data under their own policies.
